To create your offer online, simply log in your MYKLIO area. There you can select your favourite product and configure it according to your preferences. The configurator calculates the price based on the quantity and includes the printing and technical costs as well as special services such as production of corporate colours according to PMS, HKS or RAL, based on your individual price list.

All plastic ballpoint pens of our brands klio, klio+, klio eco, klio structure and klio protect are manufactured at our site in Wolfach. Planning, production, assembly and printing all take place there. Purchased parts such as springs, metal tips or metal clips are sourced as regionally as possible. This means that, we can proudly say that our products are 100 % made in Germany. In addition, we use photovoltaic and green electricity for our production and our company bears the seal "climate-neutral location".

We have intentionally decided against including PET/rPET models in our range. This is partly because considerably more heating energy and twice the drying time would be required when pre-drying the material. The production cycle times for PET/rPET would be longer and the required production temperature would be higher compared to ABS models. In addition, a study carried out by the University of Oldenburg in 2022 showed that PET is now the largest generator of microplastics in our environment. Due to this economic and ecological evaluation, we have decided not to offer models made of PET/rPET.

In most cases, we send the samples to you free of charge. Please let us know the standard colour or the colour combination of the pen you have chosen according to "mix it, match it" so that we can provide you with the sample accordingly.

Yes, recycled pens can also be produced in special colours at Klio-Eterna. Generally, all the company's products are colour-configurable within a specific colour palette, including ballpoint pens made of recycled materials. In addition, Klio also offers antibacterial ballpoint pens made of recycled materials in the Trias, Zeno and Jona product lines. These product lines can also be designed in your corporate colour.

The delivery time for our standard range in standard colours is normally around two to three weeks. If production in special colours according to PMS, RAL or HKS is required, the production time is prolonged by about one week. For larger order quantities of 10,000 or more, the delivery time may be correspondingly longer. Please contact us before placing an order to find out the exact delivery time for your specific request.

All housing components of our bio-models are made of 100% high-quality bio-plastic (PLA). The mechanisms are made of more than 50% recycled POM (rPOM). Alternatively, we also offer a refill tube made of recycled polypropylene (rPP).

If you need your individual model in special colours, the minimum quantity for our inhouse-products is usually 5,000 pieces. For some models, production is even possible from 3,000 pieces in special colours according to PMS, HKS or RAL.

In the configurator you can use all common file formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG etc. for the first view. Please note, however, that we require a vector format for production. We therefore recommend you to provide your final print file in vector format to ensure the best possible quality and accuracy for your imprint.

You can customise the colours for your selected product in the configurator by choosing different colours for each part of the pen. In addition, some products can also be made in your corporate colour. So you can make sure that your promotional pen fits perfectly to your company or brand.

Your individual pricing conditions apply on all item positions in the price list, including printing and technical costs. This means that you can also benefit from your special agreements and discounts on printing costs.

We are continuously working to achieve climate neutrality across our entire company. To do so, we determine the energy balance according to Scope 1 and 2 and implement measures to sustainably reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Through investments in modern production technology, structural optimisations, process-related changes and sustainable supplier management, we have already been able to reduce CO2 emissions to a minimum. We compensate the remaining emissions through certified climate projects, which allows us to carry the seal "climate-neutral location".
