An Evening of History and Community

On Saturday, we celebrated our anniversary with 125 guests in the beautiful Wolfach Castle Hall – a truly lucky number, as we look back on 125 years of company history.

After a warm welcome from the management, the evening was opened with a humorous speech by the two of them. As a token of gratitude, Michael presented Edeltraud with a bouquet of red plastic flowers, which had been crafted with great creativity from injection moulding scraps from our own production – a special gesture, as Edeltraud doesn't like real cut flowers.

Our employees and their partners enjoyed not only a delicious dinner, but also the camaraderie and the entertaining programme. The history of our company, which was founded exactly 125 years ago on this very day, was presented in an entertaining way in the form of a fairy tale. Some staff shared entertaining anecdotes, whilst others used the photo booth with its funny props for plenty of fun and souvenir photos, or took part in the guessing game. Later, the band UMoZ from Gengenbach got the party going and filled the dance floor. 

By the end of the evening, everyone agreed: it had been an atmospheric evening, worthy of the occasion, and one that will be remembered for a long time to come. Many thanks to everyone who spent this significant day with us, and to everyone who has made it possible for us to celebrate our 125th anniversary.
