A warm retirement send-off

Since joining us on 4 January 1993, Irene Schramm has been a key figure in our company. With her organisational skills, her reliability and her wealth of experience, she played a decisive role in shaping the home-working division over the decades and made a valuable contribution to our company’s success.

As head of the home-working division, she was responsible for communicating and allocating home-working assignments to private individuals and social workshops. She ensured that assignments were allocated on time and that work processes ran smoothly. In addition, she was responsible for picking materials for various departments within the company, and she was also a valued point of contact when it came to training new staff and managing her team.

Alongside her role in logistics, Irene also took on additional duties as an administrative assistant between 2000 and 2011, and welcomed many customers, guests and business partners in a friendly and professional manner. 

But she was an asset to our company in more ways than just her professional expertise. Thanks to her honesty, integrity and trustworthiness, she was held in high regard by both colleagues and managers. Her friendly nature, her willingness to help and her strong sense of duty made working with her a pleasure and a valuable experience at all times

With her departure, we are losing a competent and long-serving employee who has accompanied and helped shape our company over three decades. At the same time, we are delighted for her that a new chapter in her life is now beginning – with more time for family, friends, hobbies and all the things for which there is often too little room in everyday working life.

Dear Irene, we would like to thank you warmly for your many years of service, your loyalty and the trust we have always been able to place in you. As you enter retirement, we wish you, from the bottom of our hearts, good health, many wonderful experiences and, above all, joy and contentment in this new chapter of your life.
