Carnival in Wolfach

Carnival in Wolfach is living history. This year, the ‘Streifenhansel’ costume celebrates the 50th anniversary of its revival – the oldest known ‘Streifenhansel’ was worn as far back as 1865. 

At Klio Eterna, we are joining in the celebrations: we gifted the Wolfach Carnival Society special ballpoint pens, which drew plenty of ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ during yesterday’s parade. 

The atmospheric anniversary evening, to which our management was invited to raise a toast to 50 years of the Streifenhansel, was particularly enjoyable. 

We are committed to the local community and support traditions that bring people together.
