The city of Wolfach has been participating for several years in this global initiative by the Climate Alliance, one of the world’s largest campaigns promoting cycling, climate protection and quality of life.

Promoting Sustainable Mobility: 21 Days of Cycling

The goal of STADTRADELN is to collect as many cycling kilometers as possible over a 21‑day period. Every trip that replaces a car journey counts, contributing to climate protection, CO₂ reduction and personal health.

Strong Results for Wolfach in 2025

Wolfach once again achieved impressive results:

• 170 active cyclists in 15 teams

• 50,092 km cycled in total

• 10 more participants than the previous year

• Nearly 9,000 km more distance covered

• Approx. 8 tons of CO₂ saved (STADTRADELN calculation)

• 18th place in the Ortenau district ranking

• 42 municipalities in the Ortenau district participated
