CITY CYCLING 2026

For the fifth time, the town of Wolfach took part in the STADTRADELN campaign: spending three weeks clocking up kilometres, boosting team spirit and cycling together to promote more sustainable mobility and climate protection, whilst doing something good for their own health at the same time.

2,205 km cycled: 362 kg of CO₂ avoided

The Klio-Eterna team came 10th out of 17, having cycled a total of 2,205 km and thereby avoiding 362 kg of CO₂. Across 134 rides, we clocked up 441 km per person. Of course there’s still room for improvement, but we’re satisfied nonetheless, because every kilometre counts!

Working together for climate protection and team spirit

For us, taking part is a sign of sustainable mobility, but also of team spirit and regional solidarity. Together we can make a big difference: our municipality alltogether clocked up a total of 41,140 kilometres across 2,783 journeys, saving 7 tonnes of CO₂.

The health of our employees is just as important to us: through workplace health management initiatives (e.g. yoga classes) and e-bike financing, we support active mobility and a healthy, sustainable way of living together.
