Team-building in Freiburg

This year’s department heads’ outing took us to the Waldseilgarten Freiburg – one of the best-known high ropes courses in Freiburg im Breisgau and the Black Forest. Its natural setting in the heart of the Black Forest, surrounded by tall trees, crisp forest air and stunning views, provided the ideal environment for a professional team-building event and sustainable leadership development.

On this special day, our management team – Edeltraud Syllwasschy and Michael Gleich – took part, as did the Head of Quality Management, Eugenia Eifert, the Sales Manager, Christian Scheu, the Production Manager, Stefan Wolf, our Technical Manager, Peter Richter, and the Head of the Assembly Department, Peter Frielingsdorf.

The Freiburg Forest Rope Course, just a few minutes from Freiburg city centre, is one of the top destinations for high ropes courses in Baden-Württemberg. With its varied climbing courses, it offers the perfect challenges for both beginners and experienced participants.

Combining an active experience of nature in the Black Forest with targeted team tasks and physical activity, the site is ideal for company outings, executive events and sustainable team building in the Freiburg region.

Whether crossing swaying bridges, climbing ropes or belaying each other – the day was a clear demonstration of just how well our department heads work together.
