Visit from the Fire Brigade Wolfach

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of former Wolfach firefighters who are interested in our company. It was a real pleasure for us to welcome people who have dedicated themselves to the safety of our community for many years.

A lovely personal connection emerged right from the start: Both our Head of Toolmaking and our Technical Manager are themselves active firefighters in Hausach and Haslach. There was also a former colleague of ours in the group of visitors: Ludwig Gutmann, a member of the Wolfach Senior Fire Brigade, who can be seen near the middle of the group photo wearing a red shirt. Even at the age of 90, he still enjoys visiting his former workplace from time to time.

During the tour, the guests gained fascinating insights into our production, our materials and the development of our products. Many of them showed great interest in how processes and technologies have changed over time – and how much craftsmanship, precision and experience still goes into every single product today.

The many questions, the keen interest and the discussions we shared made time fly by. We were delighted to welcome them and to be able to offer a glimpse into our work. At the same time, we would like to express our gratitude: for the dedication these firefighters have shown over many years, and for their interest in our company.
